Account Manager at Klaviyo

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Customer Success team.  This person will be responsible for helping Klaviyo clients meet their business goals.  The Account Manager onboards new clients, ensures clients are set up using Klaviyo’s best practices, is an advocate for clients’ needs and is an expert in all things Klaviyo.  The ideal candidate must be comfortable with both technical and business concepts and discussing these topics with all levels of an organization.  

We care deeply about our customers and want to make sure they are maximizing the potential of our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Be the subject matter expert of the Klaviyo product...including benefits, case studies and features.
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring they are set up the “Klaviyo way”.
  • Proactively manage about 100 high paying accounts
  • Minimize churn
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.  
  • Work closely with Product/Engineering by submitting client feature requests and then managing client expectations.
